FAYM Logo FAYM is the Florida Association of Young Muslims. We were established in 2006 out of a need for a focused youth agenda in South Florida. Since then, FAYM continues to grow and involve hundreds of individuals to its many outreach programs and Dawah.
Wayne E. Rawlins, a community justice and community economic development consultant, has assisted hundreds of communities nationwide in developing and implementing successful community revitalization, anti-gang, and ex-prisoner reentry strategies. Rawlins co-authored, “Planning for Reentry: The 2004 South Florida Reentry Summit”, published by The Urban Institute, which has been used by jurisdictions across the country as a tool for developing comprehensive multi-agency ex-offender reentry plans. Rawlins’ works have been highlighted in national and international conferences and publications.<
